Design Services
Our studio offers interior design services for both full spaces and selected areas within a home.
Clients may choose to design specific spaces such as:

• Living Rooms
• Laundry / Mudrooms

• Storage and cabinetry solutions
Our process focuses on developing a clear design direction and providing professional construction drawings to bring the design to life.

Design Process
Concept Design & 3D Visualization
The project begins with developing 2–3 design directions based on the client’s needs and the space conditions.
This stage includes layout planning and 3D visualizations to help clients better understand the design.
Up to 2–3 revisions are included during this stage to refine the concept.

Final Design Development
Once the design direction is approved, we refine the details including layout, materials, cabinetry design, and dimensions to ensure the design is ready for technical documentation.
Construction Drawings
After the design is finalized, we prepare detailed construction drawings for contractors and fabricators.
These drawings may include:
• Floor plans
• Elevations
• Cabinet dimensions
• Section details
• Material specifications
Construction drawings represent the final approved design.
Design changes are not permitted once construction drawings are issued, except in cases of site conditions or technical requirements.

Design Fee
Design services are charged at $3 per square foot.
Clients may choose to design specific areas rather than the entire home.
Minimum project fee: $800
​
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before the project begins.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the design package or before construction drawings are released.

Additional Design Changes
Any design changes requested after construction drawings are issued will be treated as additional work and may incur additional design fees.
